New Membership Registration and Renewals

STEP 1:
Purchase Memberships.

STEP 2:
Assign yourself or other users as MEMBERS.

STEP 3:
Select the red icon to complete the Annual Membership Registration form for each member.

STEP 4:
Purchase Conference Registrations for you and/or others.

Step 5:
Assign Member Types to Conference Types. The red icon indicates links to each member’s conference registration form have been created.

STEP 6:
Purchase more memberships or more conference registrations if required.

MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORMS ARE SUBMITTED.
Memberships are non-transferable.

While membership in CTRF is based on the calendar year (January – December), you may join at any time. All 2023 memberships expire December 31, 2023

Membership is individual, rather than corporate.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for on-line payments. Cheques are also accepted for memberships that are mailed to the office using the pdf form (below).

CTRF Membership is open to anyone interested in any aspect of transportation. The present membership is drawn from: carriers, shippers, consultants, and suppliers in the commercial sector; the policy, regulatory, planning, and research environments at all levels of government; and students and professors at universities and colleges.

To pay membership dues by cheque, first purchase your membership(s) HERE.  Choose "pay by cheque" at checkout.  Mail cheques to the CTRF Office.

If you are unsure if your current year membership dues have been paid, please contact the CTRF Office for confirmation before continuing with the membership process.
If you would rather mail or email your membership, please use the pdf form.
If you are an Honourary Life Member, Current Scholarship Applicant, Current Student Paper Prize Winner, or Current Faculty Supervisor of a Student Paper Winner, you must complete your membership using the pdf form.
