Refunds (less a $75 administration charge and the membership fee equivalent) will be allowed until March 31, 2026. We regret no refunds for conference registration fees can be given after that date. Delegate substitutions are acceptable. Please contact CTRF.

Group rates will be offered while availability lasts. A block of rooms will be held until Friday April 12, 2024. The Hotel will accept reservations after this date on a space available basis at the current available rates. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
